<li>Kuala Lumpur – up to 21 return services a week </li>
<li>Labuan Bajo - 2 return services a week (starting from 20 March 2025)</li>
<li>Manila – 24 return services a week </li>
<li>Medan - 7 return services a week</li>
<li>Melbourne – up to six services a week operated by Jetstar Airways </li>
<li>Okinawa – 6 services per week </li>
<li>Osaka – 10 services a week via Manila</li>
<li>Penang – up to 7 return services a week</li>
<li>Phuket – up to 13 return services a week </li>
<li>Surabaya – up to 10 return services a week</li>
<li>Wuxi – up to 4 return services a week </li>
</ul>
Travellers of eligible nationalities arriving at Changi Airport will be able to use the automated lanes for immigration clearance when they arrive in Singapore. Details are available on <a href="https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-depart/for-visitors/ACI#:~:text=The%20Automated%20Clearance%20Initiative%20(ACI,clearance%20at%20the%20immigration%20counters.&amp;text=You%20are%20eligible%20to%20enrol,the%20corresponding%20criteria%20are%20met.&amp;text=There%20is%20no%20separate%20registration%20required">ICA’s website</a>.

All travellers entering Singapore, including Singapore citizens, are required to complete the online <a title="https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-transit-depart/entering-singapore/sg-arrival-card" href="https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-transit-depart/entering-singapore/sg-arrival-card" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC)</a>.
This must be completed before checking in and boarding your flight. 
If you are only transiting through Singapore, you do not need to submit a SGAC - this is only required if you are clearing immigration at Changi Airport. 
The form can be submitted up to three days before you are expected to arrive in Singapore.
