“Jetstar Air Ticket Offer” Terms and Conditions:
- 1. "Jetstar Air Ticket Offer" (the "Offers") is only applicable to the principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of DBS Credit Card, its Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding DBS Black American Express Card, Private Label Card and Business Card) (“Applicable Credit Card”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
2. The “Promotion Period” of the Offer is from 10:00 a.m. of 27 August 2018 to 11:59 p.m. of 2 September 2018 (Hong Kong Time). Travel periods refer to different specific dates of various destinations between 13 October 2018 and 25 March 2019).
3. Cardholders booking flight tickets via Designated Webpage with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”) can enjoy:
a.Offer 1: Single trip flight ticket from Hong Kong to Osaka (Kansai) from HK$188 excluding tax and surcharges.
b.Offer 2: Single trip flight ticket from Hong Kong to Tokyo (Narita) from HK$228 excluding tax and surcharges.
c.Offer 3: Single trip flight ticket from Hong Kong to Singapore from HK$178 excluding tax and surcharges.
d.Offer 4: Single trip flight ticket from Hong Kong to DaNang from HK$108 excluding tax and surcharges.
e.Offer 5: Single trip flight ticket from Hong Kong to Hanoi from HK$108 excluding tax and surcharges.
The above fares are Economy Starter Base Fares. The same offer is also available for return flights if that falls within designated travel period.
4.Originating city has to be from or to Hong Kong and the offers do not apply to all flights and all dates. Travelling dates for return vary by flights/destinations.
5. Offers are only applicable for bookings via Designated Webpage. The Bank and Jetstar (“Merchant”) will not accept any liability should a Cardholder conduct the booking directly through non-Designated Webpages and result in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offers.
6. Offers cannot be used in booking via Jetstar mobile application and mobile website.
7. Insurance, airport taxes, Hong Kong Security Service Charge, fuel surcharges, and other applicable taxes and surcharges are excluded from the Offers.
8. Economy Starter Fare includes 7kg hand carry luggage allowance and does not include checked luggage. Cardholders will have to pay extra for 15kg-40kg checked in luggage per head per leg (cost varies by destination).
9. Offers are subject to seat availability and ticket fare may vary upon availability of flight.Offers are limited.
10. Change of travel dates are possible but subject to additional charge.
11. Offer or ticket cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash or other goods/services after confirmation.
12.The usage of ticket is subject to Terms & Conditions of the Merchant. Please refer to Jetstar.com for details. Tokyo and Osaka route is operated by Jetstar Japan Co., Ltd. Singapore route is operated by Jetstar Asia Airways Pte Ltd while Vietnam Hanoi route is operated by Jetstar Pacific.
13. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services or the description, photos or reference prices in relation to the products/services published in our website (which is intended to be for reference only). Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in our website shall be directed to the relevant supplier. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
14. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by Cardholders should the participating merchants refuse to provide the Offers.
15. The Offers are only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the Booking Period. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offers.
16. Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholder to the Offers and/or rewards shall be determined by the Bank at it sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by a Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholder.
17. Entitlement to the Offers is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholder which the Bank will debit the values of the Offers from Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
18. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
19. The Bank and designated merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Offers. The Bank’s and designated merchant’s decision is final.
20. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
