Club Jetstar is our annual membership program. For just $65 for the first year (current membership fee for renewal of an existing Club Jetstar membership is $55), members get access to exclusive perks such as:
Your membership lasts for one year, and you can start enjoying the benefits immediately. If you paid by credit card, Jetstar will securely store your card details and automatically renew your membership every 12 months on the anniversary of your joining date, unless you cancel your membership or turn off auto-renew before then.
You can share just about any Club Jetstar benefit with up to four other people travelling with you – including discounts on flights, baggage, seats and car hire. Remember, you need to be one of the passengers travelling on the booking for the benefits to be applied.

But before that, sign into your account and check your ‘Contact preferences’ to make sure you’re opted in to receive ‘Club Jetstar updates, including member-only sales and special offers.
Once that’s done, you’re good to go – we’ll let you know about upcoming sales via email. Please add jetstar@email.jetstar.com to your contacts list so our emails aren’t diverted to spam.
Check by signing in to your account. - If your membership is valid, you’ll see a purple ‘Club Jetstar member’ tag under your name when you click on . You’ll also be able to access your Club Jetstar settings within ‘Account settings.’ - Membership lapsed? We'd love to have you back on board! To reinstate your access to Club Jetstar’s exclusive member perks, re-join here. Please note that while the current membership fee for renewal is $55, you will need to re-join and pay the $65 joining fee if you didn't renew at the time it was due.
Sign in using your email address and the password you chose when you joined at the following link - . We don’t use membership numbers — your email address serves as your Club Jetstar identification. Once you’re signed in, a dropdown menu will appear – click on ‘Account Settings’.
Click to and then reset your password by clicking ‘Forgotten your password?’ on the sign-in pop-up and follow the prompts.
Can’t remember your username? That’s the email address you used to sign up to Club Jetstar.
To change your email address or password, simply sign into your Club Jetstar account, select ‘Account Settings’ from the dropdown menu and then click ‘Edit’ to update your details.
If you’re looking to update your name, you’ll need to contact us so we can update these details for you.
To change the payment method linked to your membership, sign in to your Club Jetstar account and click on ‘Account settings’.
Select ‘My Wallet’ from the left-hand menu. Once you’ve done this, there will be a ‘Saved payment methods’ section with options to edit your current card details or add a new card.
Club Jetstar memberships are not transferrable, so if your friend or family member wants to join Club Jetstar, they’ll need to purchase their own membership.
On the other hand, consider sharing your Club Jetstar benefits with your friends and family! As a member, you can share your benefits (eg. seats, bags, travel insurance, car hire) with up to four people in the same booking.

Not receiving our emails?
There are a couple of things you can do to fix this.
For security reasons, we can't send to generic addresses such as admin@example.com, info@example.com and hello@example.com.

If you’d like to cancel your membership, sign into your account, and click on ‘Account Settings’.
Click on ‘Club Jetstar’ from the left-hand menu and then scroll down to select ‘Cancel now’. Your membership will be deactivated immediately. You won’t receive a refund.
You can use many different payment methods to manually renew your Club Jetstar account – check out your options here.
If you’d like to set up auto-renewal for your Club Jetstar membership, you can do that by linking your account to your credit card. We’re currently working on adding more payment methods for auto-renewal so keep your eyes peeled.
Did you pay for your membership with a credit card when you joined Club Jetstar? If so, your card would have been charged automatically when your membership was due to be renewed (unless you turned off auto-renewal after joining). However, if you believe you’ve been automatically renewed by mistake, and would like us to review the charge, please contact us.
Turning auto-renewal on
Sign into your account and click on ‘Account Settings’.
Click on ‘My Wallet’ on the left-hand menu.
Turning auto-renewal off
Sign into your account and click on ‘Account Settings’.
Click on ‘Club Jetstar’ on the left-hand menu. In the Subscription details section, select ‘Inactive – do not auto-renew my membership’ and then ‘Save’.
When your renewal date is approaching, we’ll email you a link to the Club Jetstar renewal page, where you can renew manually if you’d like to.
Wanting to manually renew your Club Jetstar membership instead of using auto-renewal? That’s fine. If your membership is due to expire in less than 60 days, you can renew by and clicking the ‘Renew now’ button.
This will take you to the Club Jetstar renewal page, where you can renew using your chosen payment method.
The easiest way to find a Club Jetstar fare is to check out the Club Jetstar page – just scroll down to see our member-only flight deals. Choose from the featured deals or enter your destination and dates to tailor your search.
Otherwise, you can use the main flight search on the Jetstar homepage. When selecting dates for your flights, just look for the purple Club Jetstar planes on the calendar to see which dates have member-only fares. Once you see your search results, the flights with member-only fares will be in purple.
To claim these discounts, as well as 20% off baggage and seat selection, you’ll need to be signed in to your Club Jetstar account. You’ll see the savings you’re making as you progress through your booking.
Please note: your Club Jetstar discounts can only be applied at the time of booking, not retrospectively to existing bookings.
Club Jetstar fares aren’t available on all routes or days. You may need to search other dates for your destination of choice to see if member fares are available. Look out for purple member fares on jetstar.com.
By the way, Club Jetstar fares (and other member benefits) are exclusive to jetstar.com, where all our best deals can be found! They aren’t available when booking through a travel agent or Jetstar Holidays.
You’ll automatically receive 20% off seats and bags, and when making a new booking on jetstar.com. Discounts won’t be applied if you’re not signed into your Club Jetstar account at the time of booking, or if you add these products later.
As well as great deals on flights, being a Club Jetstar member opens up yearly discounts on many of our other products, as well as amazing offers from our partners. The Club Jetstar page is the best place to learn more about these.
Your Club Jetstar discounts can only be applied at the time of booking – so it’s important to make sure that you’re signed into your account whenever you make a booking. We don’t want you to miss on your exclusive Club Jetstar benefits!
If you booked a flight without signing in or under a different Jetstar account, you won’t be able to link this to your Club Jetstar account. That’s why it’s so important to be signed in to your Club Jetstar account while making a booking – this guarantees you’ll be able to make the most of your exclusive Club Jetstar benefits.
We don’t offer refunds for memberships that have been auto-renewed, so make sure you check your Club Jetstar account settings to see if your auto-renewal is active. Also, do keep an eye on your inbox as you’ll get emails reminding you about your auto-renewal status close to your membership renewal date.

We don’t offer refunds for customers who purchased flights without being signed in to their Club Jetstar account. Friendly reminder: make sure you’re signed in at the time of booking, as this will ensure you get all your Club Jetstar discounts.
We’ll email you your complimentary Jetstar Hotels voucher within eight weeks of the date you joined/renewed.
Please note: to receive your voucher, you need to be ‘opted in’ to receive Club Jetstar updates. To do this:
Hotel Vouchers can be redeemed through our hotels website on bookings valued at AUD $150 or more. After choosing the hotel or holiday offer you wish to book, just enter the voucher code in the space provided on the Review and Pay page.
Each voucher is valid for 12 months from issuance. Each voucher sent will have a unique expiry date, which you’ll find in the voucher email we sent you.
Each voucher code can only be used once on a single booking. Any unused amount will be forfeited.
The Club Jetstar $50 Hotel Voucher is unique to your Club Jetstar account, therefore it cannot be shared with someone else.
No, any amount paid using a voucher is non-refundable. If you are entitled to a refund for the cancelled booking, and the booking included another payment method in addition to the voucher. Any hotel cancellation fees will be deducted from the amount paid by you, and you will receive a refund of the balance back to the payment card used for your booking.
