This apartment is privately managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts. Key collection is from our office at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218 via our contactless key collection safe. We will provide you with the code for this safe on the day of arrival when your room is ready.
Keys are available from 2pm for 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments, and 3pm for 4 Bedroom Apartments.
Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11:30am-3:30pm Saturday and Sunday.
Guests are required to complete a virtual check in prior to arrival. This will include providing photo ID to match the booking name as well as signing of holiday house rules. Same day bookings will need to complete this by 4pm.
