This luxury apartment stretches across the full width of the Chateau second floor, presenting elevated views across roses and vines!
- An excess charge will be charged if the unit is not left in the condition it was presented to the guest.
- If excessive cleaning is required, fees will range from $250.00 to a night rate of $1500.00 a night if the unit cannot be used, until cleaning takes place.
- A charge will be made for any abnormal damage to property or for any property removed from the property. This charge will be for the repair of the damage or the cost of replacement.Smoking Policy: A No Smoking policy is in place. An Ashtray can be supplied. If smoking does take place inside a fee of up to $300.00 will be charged.
