FACILITIES AND RULES Kitchen Cooking ~ Our Apartments provide cooking facilities, if you are planning to prepare your own meal at home, a microwave, cooktop and outdoor bbq are available to cook your meal. Complimentary Self Serve Breakfast ~ We have included in your apartment some complimentary items for a light self serve breakfast such as, tea, coffee, eggs, milk, juice, butter, jams, cereals and bread. Alfresco Dining and BBQ ~ The bbq and outdoor dining area is equipped with everything you need to prepare your outdoor dining experience. Apartment Technology ~ Our apartments have Netflix and Chromcast connected to each TV. Use your iPhone or any Wifi enabled device to “cast” any video playing on your device to the TV in your apartments. Alfresco Shower ~ If you are returning from the beach, please use our fun outdoor shower to freshen up and wash away any beach sand. Laundry Washing Machine ~ Located under the rear stair case are complimentary washing machines, washing detergent, cloths baskets, clothes dryers and ironing facilities. Located in your rear courtyard or balcony is a drying rack. Ice Machine ~ Located in the guest laundry is a self serve ice machine. Please use the ice scoop to dispense the ice into a container. EV Charger ~ Our EV charger is complimentary. After charging your vehicle please turn off the isolator and relocate your car for the next EV guest. 549 Security ~ Hervey Bay is a safe community and for additional peace of mind, our compound is fully secured (please ensure the blue door is properly closed). We have on-site staff 24/7 and an Arlo camera system in all outdoor areas. Strangers or visitors are not permitted to enter the property, only registered guests. Curfew ~ As most of our guests are up early to attend tours, we have a 10pm Quiet Time (curfew) to ensure a peaceful sleep for all. If you are returning late from being out, be super quiet returning to your apartment including, enjoying your outdoor private courtyard or balcony after curfew. Smoking ~ Vaping (electronic cigarette) or tobacco smoking is permitted out doors only in the rear court yards or rear balconies. Please be respectful to not allow 2nd hand smoke to disturb other guests. House Keeping ~ When departing, please be kind to our house keepers and leave your apartment neat and tidy with dishes washed. Please be cautious when eating or drinking on the sofa, a house keeping surcharge of $250 applies to repair damage to furniture or for any additional housekeeping. Driveway Gate ~ The driveway gate is automated to 90 seconds, to avoid serious injury, please do not stand in front of or obstruct the driveway gate when closing or opening and, must be operated by an adult. Legal Stuff~ We wish you an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Please read all our house rules, terms and conditions, in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. By entering our hotel and providing payment, you have agreed to observe our hotel rules and consent to your credit card on file being charged for extra fees and penalties. We do not permit any illegal activities, theft of hotel property, pets, offensive language, nudity, disturbing behaviour, parties, breaching curfew, vaping (electronic cigarette) or tobacco smoking indoors, contraband and drugs are strictly prohibited, eviction and penalties enforced. Guests will be held financially responsible for any theft, loss or damage to the room, furniture or facilities. You unconditionally give your consent for the hotel to charge your credit card on file a penalty of $250 or greater amount and/or evict any guest that breach our hotel rules and curfew. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - Upon checking in to our property, please inspect every aspect of the accommodation. If you ARE NOT fully satisfied with the amenities and standards we have provided, please call and we will arrange a full refund. This guarantee is conditional upon you making the request with 15 minutes of checking in and that you have not disturbed or used anything in the room requiring further housekeeping. . PRE-PAYMENT POLICY Pre-Payment of the full amount will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to checkin.
