Clean Air - No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the property or near our neighbours’ homes
R.E.S.P.E.C.T - Sing it! If you don’t...see ya. This goes for all our guests, staff and neighbours.
Check Yourself - No drugs. Breaches will be reported and fined.
Electric Bikes - E-bikes cannot be charged on our property. The batteries pose a fire risk, so if we see them we confiscate them.
Key Village Deets:
Check-out time is 11AM. Late checkouts before 12PM will incur a $10 fee, after 12PM will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
Visitors are not permitted on guest levels or in guest only communal areas (it’s a safety thing), if they come in, you both have to leave unfortunately.
We regularly clean the fridge, so label and date your food otherwise it goes in the bin!
A few more no-go's:
No bikes inside
No food or drink (besides water) is permitted inside the rooms
No large personal electrical items such as TV’s, e-bike batteries and heaters.
No candles or incense
No sleeping on couches, that’s what the beds are for :)
