Reception is open 9am-6pm weekdays and 9am-3pm weekends and Public Holidays. An after-hours service is accessible for arrivals outside these times.
The main entrance is off Edmonstone Street. If driving, pull into the 5 min pick-up drop off area and make your way to reception to collect instructions for parking.
For afterhours arrivals, a self-check-in kiosk is located outside to the left of the main entry doors, 5 Edmondstone Street, South Brisbane 4101. Please contact afterhours assistance via 07 3011 8333 (follow prompts and dial 9), to obtain key access instructions.
