After-hours arrival - keys and instructions are left in the night safe at the front entrance.
Upon arrival, pick up the after-hours phone (located on the left hand wall at the top of the stairs at the front entrance to the building), an operator will answer. They will confirm your booking and give you the combination for entry to the safe.
Inside the safe will be an envelope with your surname on the front and inside will be a Key and Fob.
