This stately 4 bedroom grand residence has been beautifully renovated and all traditional features, such as the magnificent stained timber architraves, picture rails and mantels preserved as “original features” of the home.
There are two huge Master Bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and two additional bedrooms both with beautiful Tasmanian Oak polished floors with twin King Single beds in each as well as a double fully sprung divan in the dining room.
“Hopkins on Charles” can therefore accommodate up to 10 persons if required.
A separate sunroom catches the morning sun and is a delightful place to contemplate the day ahead.
The formal dining room also contains the original mantle and another 2nd brick fireplace along with an 8 seater dining suite and comfortable divan that also doubles up as a double bed should the same be required.The separate kitchen is spacious and comes with a smaller dining suite. There is an under bench wall oven and hot plates built into the original kitchen fireplace.Two bathrooms for convenience as well as a fully equipped laundry with auto washing machine and dryer and laundry trough.Fully ducted heating and air conditioning system as well as individual heating in each of the bedrooms.
