Birubi House is a stunning, contemporary 3 bedroom house which can accommodate up to eight in comfort (2 queen size & 4 singles). It is perfect for a romantic honeymoon or a relaxed family holiday and ideal for two families to share. There is everything you need including European appliances, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and beautiful panoramic views over the pristine waters of Emu Bay. The house is located just a short 2 minute walk from the jetty, boat ramp and the 4km long white safe sandy swimming beach with vehicle access. With 4 kilometres of long white beach, you can always find a spot to relax in your own piece of paradise. Launch your boat into the best fishing waters on KI or take part in the many activities on hand. Emu Bay has everything from fishing to 4X4 sightseeing tours where you can come face to face with the local wildlife. Whilst there are no shops in Emu Bay, the main town of Kingscote is only 15mins. away. A No-Party Policy applies to all of our properties for your peace of mind! Please note that pets are not allowed! We offer personalised service and are there to meet you on arrival at your accommodation.

Birubi Holiday Homes are easy to find - just follow the signs from Penneshaw to Kingscote and then take the turnoff to Emu Bay (just 3kms from Kingscote). Follow the signs into Emu Bay and turn left up Buick Street and then right onto Hawthorn Ave and the Apartments are the 5th block along on the right. We will be there to meet you with the keys on arrival (please advise if you will be arriving later than 2pm).
