A fee of $49.00 applies for a late check out up to 12 Noon, subject to apartment availability on the morning of your departure. Unauthorised late check-out: will be charged at $25.00 per half hour. Apartment Details: Your charming Noosa River Retreat apartment is perfectly situated for exploring all that Noosa has to offer. Our one bedroom, self-catering, non-serviced apartments come with a start-up pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and toilet rolls for your arrival. Further Provisions: If you need additional supplies, Noosa Village Shopping Centre is located on Mary Street, Noosaville. Alternatively, you can visit Aldi on Weyba Road, Noosaville. Daily servicing: is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. A mid-stay service is included for stays of 7 nights or longer and will be arranged by reception. Parking: One undercover parking space is complimentary for all guests. If you are joining a tour and need to leave your car here, please advise us at the time of booking. We are conveniently located right on the Noosa Loop, plus ALL Noosa buses are FREE on weekends and for a limited time only $0.50 at all other times. Or just hop in a Suncoast Taxi 131 008. The IMPORTANT Stuff We accept reservations for a maximum of 2 people, including teens, children, toddlers, and babies. Failure to disclose all persons in your party may result in your reservation being cancelled upon arrival, incurring all related charges. Only the number of people stated on the booking sheet may stay in the apartment during your stay. Any additional persons found or agreed upon at check-in will incur extra charges, billed to the apartment holder's credit card. Please inform us of any special bedding arrangements prior to your arrival. Specific apartment requests are subject to availability and apartment configuration. Twin beds are available in 2 apartments only and incur an additional fee of $40.00 per stay/week. Adult grade hire beds are available on request for an additional fee. CANCELLATION and PAYMENT POLICY: The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Exceptions: Easter | Noosa Triathlon Weekend | Christmas/New Year | School holidays | Public holidays – The guest can cancel free of charge until 28 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 28 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Non-refundable bookings: If you have booked a Non-refundable reservation, it remains non-refundable. However, if your plans change more than 14 days prior to arrival, you may choose to modify your booking to an alternative date (if available), once and without penalty. This will be at the same or higher cost as your original booking and will also be non-refundable. Group Bookings: All bookings of 2 or more apartments will be charged a non-refundable deposit of the cost of the first night at the time of booking. The remaining/full cost of the accommodation will be charged 28 days prior to arrival. Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, your deposit will be refunded if notice is given outside of the cancellation policy applied to your booking. Refunds of cancellations within the cancellation policy are subject to re-letting of the apartment. A cancellation or Change fee of $50.00 applies in all circumstances. No Refunds will be issued to guests that are a 'no-show' are already in-house or who change their minds/plans on arrival. Payment: Full payment will be taken from your nominated credit card as per the cancellation and payment policy above (minus any deposit already paid). Please ensure there are enough funds on your card to cover this process. Photo ID and a credit card will be required on arrival. This credit card number will be kept on file for the duration of your stay. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. If an invalid credit card is used your reservation will be cancelled immediately. 2.76% surcharge applies to AMEX payments. Pre-authorization: An amount of $200.00 is required on arrival. The pre-authorization amount is not an actual charge, but a temporary hold. This will be collected by credit card. This deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, return of the apartment keys, the agreed number of guests staying in the apartment and that no other disruption or damage was caused by you or your guests. Smoking in apartments is strictly prohibited including on balcony's, patios and all common areas such as the pool and gardens. Any person found doing so will be immediately fined $300.00. Failure to pay will result in immediate eviction. A second occurrence will also result in an immediate eviction. A smoking area is located within the car park. Lost/non-returned keys will incur a charge of $110.00 payable by the registered guest. If apartment locks are required to be changed a further charge will ensue. Noosa River Retreat is not pet friendly - Service animals accepted. Our location is in the heart of Noosaville leading to Noosa Junction, Noosa Heads & the ever popular Gympie Terrace. Hence, with the Noosa area being so desirable and a high demand tourist destination, hence, traffic noise will be experienced. We do not accept Schoolies bookings or guests under 18 years of age without adult supervision; if this is a Schoolies or under age booking please cancel to avoid disappointment on arrival. Circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic are no longer covered under our Extenuating Circumstances Policy. Noosa River Retreat accept no responsibility for any illness, (including close contact to Covid cases) or injury incurred that may stop you from travelling or arriving at this destination.
