Guests are required to visit our office for the registration and check-in induction. Our office is located at the corner of the Flinders Wharf building (17B Siddeley Street, next to the Ezy convenience store). Office hours are from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Over the weekends and on public holidays our reception office will be open from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM After Hours Check-In: If guest is arriving outside office hours it is important to contact our reservation team so we can prepare the check-in registration form and have the required documents and security bond done at least 48 hours before the arrival date. Property will send the guest an email 3 days prior to arrival advising of the check-in procedure in detail. Guests are required to present a photo ID upon arrival. Payments using credit card will only be accepted if the card belongs to the guest checking in. A pre-authorisation transaction of AUD $300.00 will be processed to the credit card on arrival and will be held as a security bond to cover any incidentals. A security bond of $5000 will be hold for the 2-bedroom and bond of up to $1000 for the 3-bedroom bookings.
Bed Types are requests only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
