Please head straight to your villa by following the signs at the entrance of Polperro.
Enter the "Villa Access Code" sent to you in the confirmation email followed by the * on the pin pad located at the front door of your villa, this code will provide access to your villa though out your stay.
Should you have any issues accessing your room, please notify the bistro and a staff member will be sent to assist you.
Please confirm an estimated time of arrival at your earliest convenience. This will greatly assist us in ensuring the villa is ready for your stay with lights on and heating / cooling adjusted.
