Located on 80 acres at Myponga Beach one hour drive south of Adelaide on the Fleurieu Peninsula. This house was built for the film The Boys are Back and subsequently converted to luxurious accommodation with an eclectic mix of antiques and fine furnishings. Enjoy the serenity! This large 4 bedroom home is fully equipped to provide intimate getaways or family holidays. Two bedrooms have king size beds and two smaller bedrooms have single beds with extra single bed available if requested. Luxurious bathroom and separate second toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with large range, microwave, dishwasher and full sized fridge. Fully sized dining room with seating for 8. All living areas are very spacious with 3D television, DVD, iPod dock and separate library. The house lies adjacent to a winter creek lined with huge gum trees and has wonderful herb and vegetable garden for guest to help themselves. Enjoy short walks to the beach and over the hills with magnificent views of coastline. Enjoy watching the stunning wildlife including many species of birds, native animals and butterflies in abundance. Visit local wineries, Swimming, winter surfing, underwater sports easily enjoyed in safe clean waters of the Myponga Bay. Short drive to the various wine regions of the Fleurieu Peninsula or stopover on the way to or from Kangaroo Island.
