We will send the code for the safe via email and SMS once the room is ready for you.Upon departure, you are welcome to leave the keys inside the apartment. Please note that most resorts require keys to exit the car park first, please remove your car and then return the keys to the apartment. Alternatively, you can return the keys to our dropbox at 130 Bundall Road.What is included in our Essentials Pack:
On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. We can provide extras for a small fee. This pack will include:

1 x tea, coffee, sugar sachet for each guest.
1 x roll of toilet paper per toilet.

Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11:30am-3:30pm Saturday and Sunday.
Guests are required to complete a virtual check in prior to arrival. This will include providing photo ID to match the booking name as well as signing of holiday house rules. Same day bookings will need to complete this by 4pm.
