We will send the code for the safe via email and SMS once the room is ready for you.CHECK OUT:Upon departure, you are welcome to leave the keys inside the apartment. Please note that you will need to use your keys to exit the car park first, please remove your car and then return the keys to the apartment. Alternatively, you can return the keys to our dropbox at 130 Bundall Road.AMENITIES:On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. We can provide extras for a small fee. This pack will include:

1 x bath towel for each guest.
1 x hand towel & 1 x bath mat for each bathroom.
1 x tea, coffee, sugar sachet for each guest.
1 x roll of toilet paper per toilet.
1 x body wash & 1 x shampoo/conditioner per person.
1 x sachet of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent.
1 x dish cloth & scourer.GCLR do not supply food items like Salt, Pepper, Oil, Condiments etc.Pool towels are not included, and cannot be accessed from the pool area in the resort. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be purchased from GCLR at $15 per towel, or 4 for $50.Parking is available to reserve at $10 per night. Please note that there are limited spaces, we recommend reserving a car space in advance to avoid missing out.SECURITY BOND:A pre-authorisation is payable at time of check in on Visa/MasterCard as a security against damages. The amounts are $250 for 2 bedroom apartments, $500 for 3 bedroom apartments, or $2000 for sub-penthouses. Keys are available from 2pm for 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments, and 3pm for 4 Bedroom Apartments.
Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11:30am-3:30pm Saturday and Sunday.
Guests are required to complete a virtual check in prior to arrival. This will include providing photo ID to match the booking name as well as signing of holiday house rules. Same day bookings will need to complete this by 4pm.
