The chalet is air-conditioned with full small kitchen, coffee machine and dishwasher. It features a cosy sunken lounge with TV, open wood fire and a private balcony with BBQ, sun lounges and a couples spa overlooking the winter snow-capped mountains. Garden House is uniquely different and located on Dreamers 5 acre resort property right in the village of Mt Beauty. This lovely unique Garden House offers guests 2 split level living spaces which are totally for yourselves. The upper level is very spacious with a TV lounge space and a large timber slab dining table and a marble topped bar. The lower level is the entrance and Garden space which features a cosy stone fireplace with couches and a very earthy tree couch. As this property is a converted cafe it is not for guests who like normal mainstream accommodation but amazing for those who love something unique, stylish and comfy. Firewood is supplied for your winter stay and aircon for summer and winter use. This conservatory style room is light and airy with many potted plants. Adjoining this space is the private courtyard with outdoor fire and electric BBQ….this space is not undercover if it is raining. Two bedrooms, the galley kitchen and bathroom run off the main living/ dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove top, electric oven and microwave. Cooking tools and pots and pans etc are all provided for plenty of great cooking! The bedrooms….One Bedroom (the family room located on the main level) has 1 x Double bed with 2 single bunk beds and the other 2 master bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor both with Queen beds. Beds are all made up with quality country French linens (we don’t do boring white linen) but do have white Sheridan towels. There are 2 bathrooms with one located on each floor. Full Laundry is shared. The adjoining outdoor area is pretty secure for most dogs or children and play equipment for children. Ski shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk from the property. Falls Creek and Bogong High Plains is a 35-40 minute drive for some great waterfall and bush walks and bike rides.

This is a 2 storey 2.5 bedroom | 1 bathroom Apartment suitable for up to 5 guests. Two car parks and located right at the apartment entrance. The masterbedroom has 1 x Queen bed and the second bedroom 3 x single beds and doorway direct to the bathroom. Both bedrooms feature French linens, towels and robes. The entrance, bedrooms, bathroom and office/laundry are located on the ground floor with a wide staircase leading to the upper floor living | lounge | kitchen | dining and large outdoor balcony which overlooks to winter snowcapped mountains and Dreamers resort property. The lounge features TV and a cosy fireplace where all firewood is supplied over the winter period. The kitchen is fully equipped and coffee machine supplied. BBQ, pizza oven and outdoor dining are supplied on the balcony. A smaller dining table is located in the living area. Falls Creek Ski Resort is a 35 minute drive and Mt Hotham is 1.5 hours drive. You can easily walk to ski shops and restaurants.
