Cornwall Cottage is a one bedroom self contained apartment catering for 2 adults only located in a private wing of Cornwall homestead, 14 minutem drive from Hobart and an 8 minute drive from the Airport.
Set on 40 acres the cottage offers peace, tranquillity and magnificent rural and water views over Barilla Bay.
Cornwall Cottage accommodates up to two guests in rooms beautifully furnished with country style furniture and antiques. The bedroom has a queen-size old style iron bed and with an electric blanket , feather doona and a selection of pillows. There is a separate toilet and laundry.
A large sitting room is equipped with a digital television, DVD player, CD player, with a library of DVDs and books.
The kitchen has all the electrical appliances you’ll need to cook up a storm and there is a barbeque outdoors.
Enjoy magnificent views from your veranda or dining room across Barilla Bay and the Coal River Valley.
There is private access and plenty of parking is provided.
Cornwall Cottage is ideally located to visit all the attractions the south has to offer. Nearby there are six golf courses, historic Richmond village, MONA Museum, wineries and restaurants. In Hobart visit Salamanca Place and Market, Mount Wellington. Day trip to Port Arthur, and Tahune Forest Airwalk in the Huon Valley or take the Tasman Island cruise, visit Bruny Island.
