Overlooking a tranquil lake fringed with waterlilies, our gorgeous Water lodge is distinctly Asian in flavour, featuring two 300yr old intricately hand carved teak joglos (ceiling canopies) which were rescued from an ancient Indonesian palace.
A central breezeway with spa, day bed & Koi pond add to the tropical & tranquil feel. A truly intriguing & exotic place to stay, guaranteed to refresh mind, body & spirit.
Heavy wooden carved doors mark the passage from the beautiful kitchen and lounge out into the breezeway with another set leading into the stunning bedroom & bathroom. A spectacular king sized bed is suspended from the joglo on thick chains with views straight out across the lake (the bed is secured to the floor to minimise movement). The Asian theme is continued with an elaborate chandelier & hand painted Asian wallpaper in the bathroom, opium bed in the breezeway & more.

Carved from rock & stone, Earth is a mystical & wonderfully romantic lodge, with glass walls offering magnificent views to the peak of Mt Warning & the rainforest. The furniture is hand crafted from timber burls, & there are many carvings around the lodge to intrigue & delight. The outside spa is in the back courtyard next to a hot outside shower, & is totally surrounded by rainforest.
Arches & pillars support an earth covered roof making this hobbit style lodge blend into its surroundings. Blissfully intimate & romantically wonderful!

This gorgeous 12-sided ‘yurt style’ lodge with its self supporting roof and contoured floor has been crafted from 8 different native timbers including the kitchen, which is made from camphor laurel, delivering a wonderful smell each time you enter the lodge. In the bedroom, the timber bed has been cleverly designed to suit the multiple sided walls - king-size at the head, tapering to a foot-warming double at the base; while the bathroom features his & hers basins and his & hers showers (not forgetting the outside hot and cold shower in the trees, for the more adventurous). Nestled in the rainforest & reached by your own 16 meter footbridge, this lodge is all about true romance. The privacy created by the forest, the extra outside hot shower, the double hammock and spa on the balcony make it your ideal honeymoon lodge. Lots of wildlife for you to see from the deck – a ‘birdies’ paradise.
