All the comforts of home, plus more..The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen including; cook books, electric mixer, baking equipment, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, plus many pantry staples to get you going.There are two Queen Size beds, a bunk bed and a trundle bed. All beds have new mattresses and quality bedding and are super comfortable.There is an ensuite bathroom to one of the Queen size bedrooms and another separate bathroom with bath and shower. The instant hot water system and great water pressure will ensure a fantastic shower.There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer.There are three Smart TVs in the house (with Netflix - 3 different movies at the same time!), a blue tooth sound bar as well as a beautiful Gas Log Fire.Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning in every room will add to the comfort.Outside the garden is landscaped, with a large deck, table and chairs and barbecue. The cottage is fully fenced with a remote control operated rear car port. Additional parking is available in the garden or street.The cottage is located in a quiet, tree lined street in a historic part of the city minutes from the CBD.
