Convenient to the pool and a short walk from the beach, these spacious rooms feature an en-suite bathroom with shower. Family rooms offer a ground floor setting, however one block of four rooms is available with either ground floor or first floor rooms.
The Turtle Family rooms include 1 Queen Bed and 2 Single Beds. An additional rollaway bed can be added to the ground floor rooms at a cost of $75 per night.

They make Heron Island a natural place for divers, swimmers, and people who love to snorkel. Please Note: Heron Island is accessible by boat and helicopter from Gladstone. The boat transfer will depart Gladstone for Heron Island at 09:30 daily, except Tuesdays and Thursdays. The return boat transfer will depart from Heron Island at 12:45 daily, except Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Heron Islander will not be operating on Christmas Day, 25 December. The cost of the transfer on the Heron Islander is AU $85 per adult each way and AU $45 per child each way. Please contact the Heron Island Reservations Team to book your boat transfer or enquire about the cost of a scenic helicopter transfer.
