The property offers the only actual Accommodation in Rundle Mall.Ideally located in the heart of Adelaide's CBD fashion and cafe precinct, the Hotel Richmond features striking, modern facilities in a grand 1920s building. The rooms are stylish and spacious featuring contemporary furnishings utilising natural timbers and imported fabrics. The rooms feature either double, king or 2 single beds, reverse cycle individually-controlled air conditioning and opening windows.The hotel also boasts "first" restaurant, bar and lounge. Spanning the entire first floor, it's grand marble bar, cosy lounge areas and spacious balcony provide the perfect environment to enjoy a contemporary dining experience or quiet drink.

If you are in the car park for less than four hours it is cheaper to pay directly at the car park. The car park has a height restriction of 2.05m and is open from 6am-12:30am Sunday-Thursday, and 24 hours on weekendsThe car park is situated behind us on North Terrace in the David Jones building at 225 North Terrace. Please be aware that the entry to the car park is directly on North Terrace, opposite the Art Gallery of South Australia, not down Charles Place. Once you have parked in one of the casual bays you can catch the lift to the ground floor and you will come out in the Renaissance Arcade behind the hotel.

Guaranteed Check-in time is 2pm. We can put a request for an early arrival however this is not guaranteed. We are more than happy to store your bags if the room isn’t available
