Building works immediately adjacent to Hyatt Regency Perth is due to commence in January 2023. Whilst all works will be outside of the Hotel, we have been advised by the construction team that there will be some periods of noisy works undertaken from 9th January, 2023. The project work will take place Monday through Friday inclusive from 9:00am until 5.00pm daily, although there maybe times during this period where building works may be extended outside of these hours on occasion without notice.
Hotel management is committed to working closely with the contractors who are managing this work, and every effort within the control of the hotel management will be made to minimise any inconvenience to our hotel guests.
Based on the current schedule, we are advised that all noisy work will be complete by the 4th February, 2023. We will notify you in due course should there be any change in the schedule.
We know this may be disruptive to you, and we apologise for the inconvenience this causes.
