Aplite House is owner operated, so if you communicate with someone at Aplite, its with an owner. When you reserve our aim is that you stay and have a splendid experience, then tell family and friends how amazing it was and return with them, many times. However we understand plans don't always go as intendeded, so if you need to amend or cancel your reservation, please contact us. We've been operating a while and always find the optimal outcome to any reservation changes, ideally in a way that you return when possible. This being said the property is incredibly special to us and we need to have the industry standard policies in place, please see them below. Aplite House is not pet friendly and camping or fires are not permitted within the property boundary. Guest’s numbers are limited to the amount requested at the time of reservation. Any damage, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to you. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. We reserve the right to inspect the house at anytime. If there's behaviour during your stay that is unacceptable to us, we reserve the right without prior notice to terminate your stay and require you to leave, or to be removed from the property. Liability & Indemnity Guests staying at Aplite House do so at their own risk the owners incur no liability for any loss, damage to property, personal injury or illness, including. You agree to indemnify and to keep indemnified Aplite House and its employees against liability to any person arising under or in right of you in respect of any loss or damage arising out of or in consequence of your participation in the use of the premises.
