Lochnagar Barossa is your luxury, spacious self-contained executive home, with expansive gardens, located in the heart of the Barossa. Situated on the picturesque Langmeil Estate on the edge of Tanunda, with its quiet streets and private parklands, this large architect designed modern executive home with private gardens lacks no luxury and is the perfect base for your visit to the wine capital with five excellent wineries within walking distance. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, each with underfloor heating in winter. The master en-suite also has a two-person spa bath. The generous living areas create an ambiance of space and privacy. You have full access to the whole house (except the wine cellar) Lochnagar Barossa is fully appointed. It lacks nothing, with a comprehensive supply of kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cupboards and drawers filled with all you need. All bed linen and towelling are great quality ensuring total comfort for your stay. The furniture and large beds are modern and comfortable, and with the quiet ducted a/c this creates a relaxing ambience for tasting the fabulous Barossa wines and delicacies you’ve discovered while out exploring. There is a double garage for two cars plus a large gas BBQ and a selection of garden furniture is ready for use in the very large private garden to the back and side of the property. These is even six bicycles, all serviced and ready for use by guests. There are extensive shared bicycle paths the full length of the Barossa Valley. The laundry is available for guest use High speed Wi-fi is available throughout the house, along with a flat screen TV and DVD player and USB charging sockets in all three of the bedrooms. A very generous provision of breakfast supplies are waiting for your arrival – as is the welcome bottle of Barossa wine. This is a 4.5 star accommodation – not quite making 5 Star by lack of a pool – but you are more than welcome to bring your own! This is possibly the best appointed, and value for money, luxury holiday accommodation in the Barossa – if not tell us what is missing and we will remedy it for your next visit.

ONLY if no answer, please try 0417 875 065. Lochnagar is in Langmeil Estate, Tanunda. Turn off the main street at the BP service station into Para Road. Follow this until it turns left into Langmeil Road. Turn left into Paradale Avenue. Lochnagar is No 20 on the left.
