To locate our reception desk, please enter the building located on 89 City Road via the main entrance and walk 15 meters. Our reception is located on the right directly opposite the (IGA) grocery store. If you are travelling by car or arriving by taxi, access to reception is via the rear lane located at 30 Fawkner Street, Southbank VIC 3006. Here you will find a 2 minute drop off area, please ensure to follow any parking signs or restrictions to avoid any possible fines. Please call us on 0439547914 if you require any assistance with directions to our reception.
After Hours Check-In Instructions:
We kindly request that all guests arriving outside of our usual reception hours shown above contact us on 0439547914 at least 30 minutes prior to their arrival time. This will allow sufficient time for our afterhours staff to assist with your check-in. Our staff will meet you at Shop 5 / 89 City Road, Southbank 3006. Please ensure you are able to provide a valid credit card and photo identification matching your original booking details. (i.e. the name you made the reservation under).
