Guests will require pin-codes to access the property which will be emailed to Guests at least 48 hours prior to arrival time.
Guests must contact the property directly if arrival time is after 5pm Mon-Sat or 4pm Sunday.
Lon Retreat not suitable for children or infants under the age of 16 years.
A Two night minimum stay applies to Fri, Sat & Sun nights. Three night minimum stay during peak periods including Christmas holidays and Public Holiday long weekends
Rates are per room, per night based on two-person occupancy for all suites. Stratus Suite has additional charges based on three or four-person occupancy.
Maximum occupancy per room is two people in all suites but for Stratus Suite which is maximum occupancy of four people.
Pets are not allowed.
Check in time is 3pm.
Check out time is 11am.
