Our four ensuite guestrooms have been beautifully restored in line with the property’s pioneering history, the rooms are rustically chic and supremely comfortable. The rooms are air conditioned and have been designed with the homestead's heritage in mind, a mix of king and twin beds have premium mattresses, organic cotton sheets and a choice of pillows to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and opens out onto a shaded veranda with individual views of the surrounding ranges.

For a different perspective on the region, join a local Adnyamathanha Elder for a walk and a chance to listen to her stories of the land and her people. For the more active, Arkaba offers some of the best bushwalking in the country; for the soft adventurers, an open top safari drive reveals vistas and the stories of the property in a different way, usually capped off with a sundowner drink on top of the ranges with the scale and grandeur of outback Australia laid out for miles around.***Arkaba welcomes children eight years and over. Be sure to print or download the drive directions to assist with navigation. Phone reception is intermittent on the way to the Flinders Ranges and navigation aids like GPS or Google Maps will not work. There is no reception or wifi at Arkaba. Please call Arkaba from either Quorn or Hawker on 08 8648 4195 to confirm your arrival time on the day. The last place you will be able to make a phone call is Hawker, 20 minutes away.
