These are our most compact apartments. Each studio style space features a pull-down, queen size Murphy bed, hydronic heating and a fully equipped laundry. In line with our sustainable design ethos, each apartment is designed according to the principles of passive cooling, no AC here, we’re doing our bit for mother nature! We believe in second chances and all of the furnishings are carefully restored vintage pieces. The Pad is ideal for both short-term and long-term stays, and suits both singles and couples who are cool to economize on space!

Our One Bedder gives you a little extra room to move and is the ideal retreat for couples or singles. Each apartment features a desk, laundry, and separate sitting and dining space. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond the aesthetic and we have carefully designed each apartment according to the principles of passive cooling. No flick of a switch here!
