A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. An authorization (per stay) in the amount of AUD $1 (credit card) or security deposit of AUD $100 (cash) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions and low occupancy the operating hours are subject to change at short notice. Surrounding food and beverage options are limited on Mount Hotham with the only convenience store closed for the 2021 season.
