This large and modern 2 level townhouse is located in a quiet area, yet only a very short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops & the uncrowded patrolled and dog-friendly Mudjimba beach.
This property consists of a large fully furnished air-conditioned lounge room, 60″ LCD TV, free Wifi and Netflix. Plenty of space to relax for all the guests. The sunlight-filled kitchen is next to the separate dining area which leads to the covered rear deck and BBQ within the fenced private garden area, a fantastic space for the children and dogs to play. There is the bonus of an outside shower. Great for washing off sand and the salt water when returning from the beach.
Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, 2 of which have air conditioning.
