- The Reef Retreat Palm Cove provides self catering accommodation. There is no bar or restaurant on-site, however, there are multiple bars and restaurants within an easy 5 minutes walking distance.
- The Reef Retreat is located at 10-14 Harpa Street Palm Cove. The Reef Retreat Townhouses are located directly opposite the Reef Retreat at 5 Harpa Street Palm Cove.

For after-hours arrivals keys and maps to rooms are placed in envelopes inside the key safe, which is directly outside reception. The envelope will be clearly marked with the guest name and room number. Guests who are arriving out of hours need to contact The Reef Retreat prior to arrival to obtain the code to the key safe. If this is not possible or guests experience difficulties accessing the key safe they should pick up the phone next to the key safe which will connect with the onsite managers, who will provide assistance.
