The apartment has existing bedding for 4 guests, and can sleep up to 5 with the addition of a trundle bed (extra cost).
The Phoenician Resort is in a central and convenient location and is close to cafes, shopping and restaurants. It is also only an extremely short walk from our office.
These are privately owned apartments, managed by GCLR. Check in takes place at Shop 17, 24 Queensland Avenue, Broadbeach via our contactless key collection safe. We will provide you with the code for this safe on the day of arrival when your room is ready.

Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11:30am-3:30pm Saturday and Sunday.
Guests are required to complete a virtual check in prior to arrival. This will include providing photo ID to match the booking name as well as signing of holiday house rules. Same day bookings will need to complete this by 4pm.
