The Great Ocean Road Hotel is located upstairs and inside the Great Ocean Road Brewhouse. The Great Ocean Road Hotel offers budget-friendly accommodation in the heart of Apollo Bay, suitable for single travellers, couples, families, groups and backpackers. We offer a range of rooms and backpacker dorms, all with shared bathroom facilities.Please note that all rooms are on the second floor of the hotel and that noise will be audible when bands are playing.
General Terms
Please read the terms and conditions before confirming your booking. Upon booking, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.
Arrival and Departure
• Check-in time is from 3.00pm until 10.00pm.
• Check out time is 10.00am.
• Guests are to provide a driver’s license or passport, mobile phone contact number and email address at the time of check-in.
• Guests are to provide a credit card upon check-in for deposits, incidentals or any added charges during the stay. A $100.00 cash bond per night may be accepted in place of a credit card at the Management's discretion. Credit Card details are held for two weeks.
In-house Policy
• Smoking is prohibited on all levels and in all rooms. A charge of $250 applies to any guests smoking while within our rooms or premises. In the event smoking in a guest room triggers a false fire alarm, a fee of $1,100 will apply.
• Exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed in the room is not permitted.
• Excessive traffic noise to and from the rooms and drunken or disorderly behaviour is prohibited.
• In the event that there is excessive cleaning required in the room, a minimum cleaning charge of $100 will be levied to your room charge. Linen & Towels will be counted and any damage or theft may result in charges to your credit card.
Child Policy
• Children under 5 stay free of charge in existing bedding. No cots available
