General Terms Please read the terms and conditions before confirming your booking. Upon booking, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. Arrival and Departure • Check-in time is from 2.00pm until 10.00pm. • Check out time is 10.00am. • Guests are to provide a driver’s license or passport, mobile phone contact number and email address at the time of check-in. • Guests are to provide a credit card upon check-in for deposits, incidentals or any added charges during the stay. A $100.00 cash bond per night may be accepted in place of a credit card at the Management's discretion. In-house Policy • Smoking is prohibited on all levels and in all rooms. A charge of $250 applies to any guests smoking while within our rooms or premises. In the event smoking in a guest room triggers a false fire alarm, a fee of $1,100 will apply. • Exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed in the room is not permitted. • Excessive traffic noise to and from the rooms and drunken or disorderly behaviour is prohibited. • In the event that there is excessive cleaning required in the room, a minimum cleaning charge of $100 will be levied to your room charge. Linen & Towels will be counted and any damage or theft may result in charges to your credit card.
