Our reception which you can reach by email or telephone is available Mon-Fri 9-5pm. Office is closed weekends and public holidays but phone messages and emails are monitored through out the day.
On the day of arrival after 2.00pm, we will send through a 4 digit code to the email address advised at the time of booking, which will be for your lock box. The lock box will be located in close proximity to the front door.
Simply slide the black cover down to reveal the digits, line your 4 digits in the middle, to the left of the digits is a black switch which you need to hold down and pull the front of the lock box towards you - and the keys will be inside the lock box.
At the end of your stay, simply replace the keys in the lock box and spin the numbers!
If extra guests stay besides the number of guests booked on this itinerary the extra payment of $75 per adult per night & $35 per child per night will automatically be processed on the credit card held for security.
This credit card will also be charge if any of the following issues are breach.
