No infants, toddlers or children under the age of 18 allowed: Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for children, there are open plan stairs, and our property isn't baby/child proofed in any way. There are delicate and sharp objects in the apartment and we don't want to risk injury.

NO SMOKING: NO PETS: NOISE LEVELS/LOUD MUSIC: We would want you to enjoy your stay however, we would request that all noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:30pm.. NO PARTIES: 'The Tuck Inn' is not to be used for any party of any nature. KEYS: Should any keys be missing/not returned, the guest authorizes 'The Tuck Inn' to debit them for the full costs of the replacement set and any additional costs incurred for this process. BREAKAGES/DAMAGES: We expect the apartments to be returned to us in the condition they were presented to you on your arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your Credit Card. LATE CALL OUT FEE: A fee of $100 will be charged to you (the guest) for a late call-out fee. Examples include (1) not being able to locate your keys through intoxication or (2) not having a set of keys to enter the building as your other party has the keys
