Mandatory pre-flight health screening form for travellers to Indonesia

Last updated: 06/09/2024 06:21am

From 27 August 2024, the Indonesian Government requires all international travellers arriving in the country to compete an electronic health declaration form.

To prevent the spread of the Mpox virus (formerly known as monkeypox), travellers need to fill out a SATUSEHAT Health Pass (SSHP) Form. We recommend customers complete this form before boarding their flight.

Once the form is completed, a QR code will be generated. Travellers should save the QR code by taking a screen capture or leaving the website open on their device. Authorities will scan the QR code in the airport arrivals area.

The World Health Organisation has declared Mpox a global public health emergency. More information on the virus is available on the WHO’s website.

Brisbane Airport upgrades

Last updated: 30/03/2025 12:59am

The domestic terminal at Brisbane Airport is undergoing major upgrades that we expect to be completed by the end of 2025. As construction has started, we’ve:

  • Moved to a new temporary check-in/bag-drop facility
  • Moved to a new security screening point
  • Installed new bag tag kiosks – these let you quickly print your bag tag, but please note that they no longer offer the option to check in or print your boarding pass
  • Switched to online check-in, so it’s important, where possible, to check in before arriving at the airport. Remember, online check-in opens 48 hrs before your flight and closes 40 min before departure. If you can’t check in online, our staff at Brisbane Airport will be available to help check you in on the day

To learn more about how the upgrades will impact your journey, see Brisbane Airport upgrades.
