1. General
1.1. These Group Bookings Terms and Conditions apply to Group Bookings made by agents registered in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, India and Sri Lanka
1.2. Group travel is subject to the operating carrier's Conditions of Carriage
1.3. A Group Booking means 10 or more passengers travelling together or for a common purpose.
1.4. Checked baggage allowance can be combined and shared across members of the same group, upon request.
1.5. Group booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. Customers who do not check-in for their booked flight will lose the entire fare paid.
1.6. Changes to the origin and/or destination of travel are not permitted.
1.7. All schedules are subject to change.
1.8. Group bookings come with standard seat selection.
2. Securing Seats

2.1. All fares are subject to availability at the time of booking
2.2. Jetstar will not hold any seats until we receive written acceptance of the quote.
2.3. If the quoted fare is no longer available at the time of acceptance then Jetstar will provide a revised quote based on current availability.
2.4. Once the quote is accepted and if applicable (see section 5) Jetstar will hold quoted seats (as per timelines) to allow processing of Deposit / Full Payment.
2.5. Jetstar reserves the right to release held seats if payments (deposit / full payment) are not received within payment deadlines (see section 5).
2.6. All deposits are a per passenger, per flight basis.
2.7. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Passenger Names
3.1. Name list (as per passport) of all passengers in the Group must be submitted at least 14 days prior to departure.
3.2. Name changes are allowed free of charge up to 2 business days prior to departure.
4. Payment Methods
4.1. Payment can be made via the following channels:
4.1.1. Your Travel Agency's account.
4.1.2. Credit card (AMEX / Visa / Master / Diners).
4.1.3. Bank transfer or cheque deposit (bank details will be advised once booking is confirmed, please email the transaction slip or cheque image at the time of payment.
