Jetstar uses the global aviation standard for on-time performance as flights departing or arriving within 15 minutes of scheduled time.

Peak time domestic flights are defined as weekday flights between the three main business centres (Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch), that arrive or depart between 6am to 9am and 4.30pm to 7.30pm.
