When you travel with us, make sure you check in online – it’s contactless, and helps you get through the airport faster.

However, some travellers must check in at the airport. For online check-in exceptions see Online Check-In.

If you are required to check in at the airport, it’s important you arrive as early as you can. Check-in and boarding times vary, so make sure you know the times for your journey.

Remember, if you’re not at the boarding gate on time, you won’t be able to board the flight and you might lose your fare in full.
