I booked my holiday through a travel agent – what should I do?
As with flight-only bookings, if you made your booking through a travel agent or third-party website (eg House of Travel) please contact them for assistance.
I’ve paid for a Club Jetstar membership that I can’t use on flights.
Due to recent travel restrictions in New Zealand, we automatically added a complimentary six-month extension to all active Club Jetstar memberships on 13 December 2021, so you can enjoy being a member for longer!
