As a Jetstar customer, you can start earning Qantas Points for your business simply by joining Qantas Business Rewards and booking a Flex, Flex Plus or Business Max bundle^.

What is Qantas Business Rewards?

Qantas Business Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards small business spending. As a member, you can earn Qantas Points for your business on flights and over 50 everyday business expenses*. These points can be used on flights and seat upgrades, as well as your choice of rewards from Qantas Marketplace or reinvested into the business to save on costs>. How do I join Qantas Business Rewards?

You can join for free by visiting Qantas Business Rewards here. The standard joining fee of $89.50 is waived for Jetstar customers who have a business with a valid active ABN.


Now that I’ve joined, how do I start earning Qantas Points?

To earn Qantas Points on eligible Jetstar Bundles, on the Passenger and contact details page of your booking, you must:


    1. Go to the ‘Qantas Points or Jetstar Flight Voucher’ section, and from the drop-down menu, select Qantas Points

    2. Go to the ‘Contact’ section:

      a. Tick I am travelling or arrange travel for business


      b. Enter the ABN registered with the Qantas Business Rewards Account.


Your Qantas Points earned from this flight will automatically be credited to your Qantas Business Rewards Account within 14 days after you travel (per flight segment).

Important: You can still earn Qantas Points for your business if you change your existing booking to a Flex, Flex Plus or Business Max bundle. To receive the points, you will need to get in touch with us so that we can add your ABN to your existing booking. How many Qantas Points will I receive for each flight?

Your business will earn 20 Qantas Points for every 100 Qantas Points the traveller earns as a Qantas Frequent Flyer when you book an eligible bundle when flying Jetstar.


I’ve signed up for Qantas Business Rewards after I’ve booked a Flex, Flex Plus or Business Max bundle. Will I still receive points?

You will still receive Qantas Points provided the ABN is entered when the initial booking is made and you join the program and activate your Business Account at least a day before your flight. These points will automatically be credited to your Qantas Business Rewards Account within 14 days after you travel.


The loyalty program that works together!

The Qantas Business Rewards program works hand-in-hand with the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. This means you can earn Qantas Points twice on every flight booking, with points for your business* on top of the points and Status Credits each traveller earns as a Qantas Frequent Flyer#.

^ Qantas Points are earned for both the business and the traveller for each segment travelled on Eligible Jetstar Flights by a Qantas Business Rewards member, provided a Member's ABN and traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number are provided at the time of booking. An Eligible Jetstar Flight means a flight operated by Jetstar Airways Australia, with a JQ flight number designator (excluding New Zealand domestic flights and international flights departing or returning to New Zealand with the exception of Trans-Tasman flights) that includes an Eligible Jetstar Fare as defined in the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions opens in new window. An Eligible Jetstar Fare means Jetstar Economy Flex, Jetstar Economy Flex Plus, Jetstar Economy Max or Jetstar Business Max bundle or any other bundle referred to in the Airline Table but excludes Jetstar Starter fares without a bundle. Only Eligible Jetstar Fares booked and flown through a Member’s Qantas Business Rewards Account, jetstar.com or a travel agent with the ability to provide Jetstar with both a Member's Frequent Flyer number and ABN can earn Qantas Points for Qantas Business Rewards Members. The number of Qantas Points earned for the business is determined in accordance with the Airline Earn Table opens in new window and can be calculated by applying the percentage Earn Rate of 20% to the number of Qantas Points earned by a Bronze Qantas Frequent Flyer member in each respective booking class, as specified in the Qantas Frequent Flyer Categories in the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program, for the applicable travel date. A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member and registered for GST or be an Australian public or private entity or other incorporated company, and not be a travel agent or on a corporate deal with Qantas to earn Qantas Points for the business from flying. * A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for the business. A one-off joining fee of $89.50 applies, however, this will be waived for Jetstar customers who join via http://qantas.com/qbr/jetstar. > A business can redeem Qantas Points directly from their Qantas Business Rewards account on Classic Flight Rewards or Points Plus Pay flights and/or transfer Qantas Points out of the Qantas Business Rewards accounts into any individual’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account. In order to transfer or directly redeem Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards account, the business account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points.
