This article provides information on boarding and disembarking an aircraft for Jetstar flights in Australia and New Zealand. Note. This process may differ at times due to operational requirements.

Boarding and disembarking methods
Tarmac and aircraft stairs or ramp:
Jetstar passengers should generally expect to board and disembark the aircraft via the tarmac and aircraft stairs or ramp. See below for examples:
Aerobridge:
Some airports may require you to board or disembark via an aerobridge (an enclosed bridge that connects the airport terminal with the aircraft) or a combination of aerobridge and tarmac and stairs.
