First-time flyer memorises safety briefing

Eight-year-old Beau was pretty excited about his very first flight, but what he did next surprised even his parents.

Every day we see kids and families flying for the first time.

For eight-year-old Beau, his first flight was on JQ940 from Melbourne to Cairns.

Beau loved our crew’s on-board safety briefing so much he memorised the whole thing! Then, he started performing it word-for-word for his siblings at home using homemade props.

We invited Beau to the Jetstar training centre for a special training session with our cabin crew.

Beau’s story is a beautiful reminder of how exciting flying can be, especially when it’s your first time.
