Eligibility

  1. This is only valid for Jetstar passengers with valid Jetstar itinerary only
  2. Transtar coach TS1 travel dates: 15 November 2024 to 30 September 2025
  3. Subject to (d) below, each eligible Jetstar passenger is entitled to:
    • A one-way flight on Jetstar entitles eligible Jetstar passenger(s) to one-way coach ticket to service TS1; or
    • A round-trip flight on Jetstar entitles eligible Jetstar passenger(s) to a return coach ticket on service TS1.
  4. Each Jetstar booking reference can have a maximum of 9 passengers
  5. Any other eligibility requirements as may be agreed in writing between parties

Important information

  • Transtar will send a confirmation email with service TS1 coach e-ticket(s) to eligible Jetstar passenger(s) within 3 working days of submission from the Jestar passenger(s). The service TS1 coach e-ticket(s) is valid for a maximum of 7 days from the date of arrival or departure indicated by the Jetstar passenger(s).
  • Jetstar passenger(s) will present the service TS1 coach e-ticket(s) to the Transtar coach driver upon embarkation. The Transtar coach driver will verify and issue a system generated physical ticket stub to each passenger.

*This offer is valid for all Jetstar passenger(s) with valid Jetstar itinerary only, from 15 November 2024 to 30 September 2025. A one-way flight on Jetstar entitles eligible passenger(s) to a one-way coach ticket on service TS1, while a round-trip flight on Jetstar entitles passenger(s) to a return coach ticket on TS1. Each Jetstar booking reference can only have a maximum of nine (9) passengers. Transtar will verify the eligibility of Jetstar passenger(s) before issuing the Transtar service TS1 coach e-ticket(s). Transtar will send a confirmation email with service TS1 coach e-ticket(s) to eligible passenger(s) within three (3) working days of submission from passenger(s). This offer is valid for all Jetstar passengers up to seven (7) days before and after their departure and arrival dates respectively. Jetstar passenger(s) must present the service TS1 coach e-ticket(s) to the Transtar coach driver upon embarkation. The Transtar coach driver will verify and issue a system generated physical ticket stub to each passenger. Transtar bus schedule is subject to change without prior notice, and may change depending on traffic conditions. Once discovered, the passenger concerned will be liable for all consequences. Any accident occurred will be the responsibility of the insurance company covering the policy of the bus. Transtar acts only as agent for the passengers and its related transportation companies. Should the bus breakdown hence affecting departure, passengers must comply with Transtar’s final arrangements. Should passengers miss their flight due to bus breakdown/delay, neither Jetstar, Changi Airport Group nor Transtar shall be held liable. Transtar reserves the rights to offload any passenger who are deemed unfit for travel or pose a danger to other passengers on board.
