When you travel with us, make sure you check in online – it reduces contact, and helps you get through the airport quicker.
Online check-in is simple, fast and available for almost all Jetstar flights – see below for exceptions.
To check in online, all you’ll need is your booking reference (it’s on your itinerary) and your passport details if you’re flying international.
Online check-in and baggage
Online check-in is available if you’ve got checked baggage or carry-on baggage.
Carry-on baggage: check in online, get your boarding pass and go straight to the boarding gate.
Checked baggage: check in online, get your boarding pass, then make sure your checked baggage is at the Jetstar bag drop before bag drop closes.
Keep it simple! You can use a mobile boarding pass on all Jetstar Airways (JQ) and Jetstar Japan (GK) domestic flights. For all the info you need on boarding passes see How do I get my boarding pass?
