In-flight vouchers
- In-flight vouchers can be pre-purchased for selected flights. In-flight vouchers are sometimes included as a part of Starter Plus, Starter Max^, Flex and Flex Plus bundle purchases. Jetstar will not extend the voucher validity beyond the applicable flight.
- Your in-flight voucher will not be issued as a separate document. Your boarding pass also serves as your in-flight voucher.
- You must use the in-flight voucher in one transaction only. Any amount not used will be forfeited and no refund will be applicable.
- The in-flight voucher can only be used up to the value stated for Jetstar food, beverages and other products on Jetstar Airways (JQ), Jetstar Asia (3K) and Jetstar Japan (GK). The in-flight voucher must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated. The In-flight voucher is not redeemable for cash or other goods and services.
