If you’re flying with Jetstar Asia (3K) and need us to provide you with a wheelchair and/or wheelchair assistance to get to the boarding gate a fee will apply, unless you are:
- travelling with your own personal wheelchair
- on Jetstar Asia (3K) flights to/from the Philippines
- on Jetstar Asia (3K) flights from Malaysia and present a valid OKU card during check in
- a codeshare and interline passenger
- on connecting flights between Jetstar Airways (JQ) and Jetstar Asia (3K); Jetstar Japan (GK) and Jetstar Asia (3K)
- on a flight operated by Jetstar Airways (JQ) and Jetstar Japan (GK)
- on multi-city flights which include any of the flights listed above.
